This payment policy explains how fees and services are paid through Hafl, which acts as an electronic intermediary between customers and party service providers.
Hafl provides secure electronic payment options, including bank cards, digital wallets, and other methods available on the platform.
The customer must pay the service amount or deposit according to the terms shown when completing the order. Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of the service value and applicable fees.
Hafl may charge fees or commissions on certain services or transactions. These are disclosed to the customer before payment is completed.
A booking or order is not confirmed until payment is completed successfully and a confirmation notice is received from the platform or the service provider.
Refund requests are handled according to the platform's cancellation and refund policy, taking into account the provider's terms and the nature of the booked service.
If a payment fails or is declined by the payment issuer, Hafl is not responsible for an uncompleted booking or order until payment is successfully completed.
Hafl takes appropriate measures to protect payment data and does not retain bank card data except as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Hafl may amend this payment policy at any time as noted at the top of this page. Changes take effect when published on the site.
